ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
ONLINE ENROLLMENT IS ONGOING!
We are closely monitoring Department of Education and Department of Health announcements on safety protocols regarding the opening schools for enrolment. We are happy to serve you under these unprecedented situation.
As we continue to follow the government’s guidelines during the COMMUNITY QUARANTINE, we would like to inform you of the procedures for online enrollment for our preschool, elementary, summer classes and tutorial students.
STEP 1:
If you haven't done yet, please fill-out our ONLINE PRE-ENLISTMENT FORM by clicking on the button below.
STEP 2:
Make a BDO online banking fund transfer or an over-the-counter deposit to :

Make an appointment to make a payment in our office by sending an email to appointment.lwada.edu@gmail.com. Wait for an email for appointment. We are implementing a very strict safety protocol and encourage everyone to pay through Banco de Oro if possible.

STEP 3:
After making the payment, go to LWADA Requirement and Payment Submission Form by going to https://tinyurl.com/lwadapayment. Fill out all the information required; upload the photo ( jpeg, png or pdf file only ) of the bank deposit slip, the LWADA Official Receipt or a screenshot of the online payment and click on the the submit button below.
New and transfer students need to upload a copy of birth certificate, half-body or 2x2 photo and Form 138 from previous school (for transferee only) in the same link.
We will send you an email when we receive your response and proof of payment to confirm that your child is officially enrolled. We will then process your child's online learning information package. You will receive an email with your child's online account information, LWADA email address, class codes, and other login information. A STUDENT IS NOT OFFICIALLY ENROLLED UNTIL WE RECEIVE THIS FORM.
